What is a Corporate Event Planner?

Company milestone events vary significantly in their execution, but tend to follow similar programs as employee and client appreciation events. These types of events tend to be celebratory in nature and can be limited to company employees or expanded to include clients. Corporate events can range from lunch & learns to employee celebrations as well as Christmas parties. We are fully experience and certified to assist, plan and execute your company event to ensure it is a memorable experience not only for your employees but for yourself as well.

SILVER

– starts at $375.00

This option is for those who require some ideas and suggestions to plan and execute their own event.

  • 2 hour planning consultation service
  • Answer questions regarding planning any corporate event

PLATINUM

– starts at $1,200.00

This option is more appropriate for larger-scale, more elaborate events, requiring an extensive amount of planning time and/or an event with a large amount of invited guests. Typically, the planner will spend approximately 50 hours planning an event for clients who choose this package. Includes day of coordination for the event.

  • Unlimited hours of corporate planning services designing your ideal corporate event
  • Coordinating with the client and other contacts on all aspects of the event
  • Venue selection for festivities
  • Selecting and designing unique theme or style
  • Overall décor, floral design and lighting, floor plan and layout
  • Assisting with all travel and hotel/room block accommodations
  • Guest list management; Seating chart assistance (if required)
  • Managing speakers and special guests
  • Creating and managing event timeline
  • Developing and monitoring event budget
  • Coordinating conference amenity printing (tote bags, folders, pens, etc.) (if required)
  • Arranging for exhibitor space as needed (if required)
  • Facilitating delivery of event materials to site
  • Contract negotiation with all vendors
  • Creating signature cocktail
  • Food and Drink plan
  • Team building event suggestions (if required)
  • Employee gift ideas
  • 10 hours On-site coordination the day of the event (additional hours can be added as needed)
  •  Distributing evaluation materials at the end of the event (if desired)

GOLD

– starts at $675.00

This option is more appropriate for those who require some amount of planning time with a medium size of invited guests. Typically, the planner will spend approximately 10 hours planning event for clients who choose this package. Does not include day of coordination.

  • 3-6 hours corporate planning services
  • Answer questions regarding corporate event
  • Ideas for corporate celebrations
  • Venue selection for festivities
  • Selecting and designing unique theme or style
  • Design colors to match the event
  • Food and Drink suggestions
  • Team building event suggestions (if required)
  • Day of coordination can be purchased for an extra cost
